Fried Spam Musubi.

On Maui, there is a wonderful little restaurant called Da Kitchen, which was featured on the Travel Channel. Their food is da best! Delicious food and large portions. Prices are decent too. The fried spam musubi is a must try. I personally love it because it is so unique and tastes so good! They drizzle the diagonally cut musubi's with the sweet shoyu sauce, adding a gourmet touch and another level of tasty goodness. The fried panko layer is pretty light, so it is not as crazy oily as it looks.

I've tried the saimin, kalbi, chicken katsu, and fried saimin. All good. Make sure you come hungry cause you will leave full!

Good stuff. I recommend it.
