Well, I bit the bullet and purchased 216 Race Deck tiles from an online company last Monday and received them at my doorstep the following Thursday!  Talk about fast delivery.  Decided on a checkered layout with alloy and graphite colors and a black border.  Installation went fairly quickly with the help of my dad after we figured out how to unsnap and snap the tiles together.  The quality of the tiles are great and it seems to be quite durable.  We started with the black border in the far left hand corner of the tandem garage and then went down the right border with the black tile.  The checkered area was then filled in and the front border was completed.  Black edging was installed to really clean up the appearance and make it easier for the cars to drive up.  After, we tackled the left border and the stairs by cutting tiles down the size using a band saw.  Worked well.  Totally transforms the garage!   Now the last finishing touches includes one more banner of some sort to go on the back wall, frame the poster on the left wall, a new floor lamp, and a clock so I don't lose track of time in there!
