Ordered a new sky blue iPad Air version 4 last month but didn’t get a chance to open it until a few days ago. It has the A13 chip which is pretty fast and all types of new features compared to my old iPad 5th generation. Think I’ve had the iPad 5th gen for a couple years and it has been working well except for one of the speakers going bad. I was cross shopping this versus the iPad Pro, but all articles pointed to the Air for similar performance for less especially for non art/editing professionals. I’m also a fan of Touch ID versus facial recognition. With 64 GB of memory I have plenty of room for pics. I primarily use iPad for all computing needs. I the iMac is barely used. The only crappy part is that I found out that version 5 has just been announced and will be the same price but with the in house M1 chip! Booo….bad timing. And I’m outside of the 14 day return period. Oh well, better than my old one and a stick in the eye. Of note, I engraved 2022 on the back of the iPad so I can easily keep track of how old it is!
